In order to confirm the booking of the service, you need to pay a deposit which has been agreed through email with our customer service.

You can pay the deposit both through credit cards or through PayPal, if you have a PayPal account.

Once we have received your deposit, we will send you via email our travel voucher as confirmation within 24 hours.

General Info & Cancellation Policy

By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

The Contract
All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with our Company, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking including minors and person under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when our Company sends a confirmation email (travel voucher) . It is at this point that a contract between our Company and the Client comes into existence. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written; representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein. The service to be provided is/are the tour(s) referred to in the booking confirmation. 


Booking procedure for Naples/Amalfi coast area Car Service


In order to book an excursion please click on the link "Click Here - Book Now" situated in the quote email we have sent you in response to your request and complete the reservation form.  

Please note that in order to proceed with a booking we would kindly ask you to complete this booking form and submit it to us. Your reservation is considered complete once you receive a confirmation voucher via email indicating receipt of the booking. 

We request your credit card information at the time of booking as a guarantee for your service.


Payment procedure for Naples/Amalfi coast area Car Service

We require your credit card information as guarantee solely to reserve your reservation. We do not charge your card at the time of booking. 

You can choose the payment method you prefer. Cash, directly to the driver at the end of the service; Credit/Debit card , Bank transfer in advance through our website.

Once you fill out our reservation form and provide your credit card information, you are legally bound to a contract with us.

IMPORTANT: You can book different services with the same booking form.


Cancellation Policy for Naples/Amalfi coast area Car Service 

Written cancellation notice must be received by us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date. If done under these terms, you will not be held financially liable for the scheduled service. So, FREE CANCELLATION until 7 days before the tour date.

If it is not done in these terms, Lovely Amalfi Coast Tours reserves the right to charge your credit card for a "No-Show” or “Late Cancellation” fee, which is the total amount of requested services.

Please Note: We will NOT CHARGE payment to your credit card at the time of booking, but we will keep the information in our database reserving the right to charge your credit card for 100% of the amount of the service in the event of a “NO-SHOW” or “LATE CANCELLATION”.

Regarding to the Car service,the client must know that we will provide our services despite bad weather.

Regarding to the tours where Capri is involved, the client must know that if the jetfoil cannot leave due to bad weather, rough sea or any other reasons not depending on our will, you can choose to arrange a different tour with our tour guide or decide to cancel the tour. In this case there will not be any charge on your credit card.

For Cruise Ship Passengers  : in case your Cruise Ship couldn’t dock at the port due to weather condition (Wind, Heavy Rain,Storm, etc.) we will not charge your credit card.

Booking procedure for Minibus Service 

In order to book a service please click on the link "Click Here - Pay Now" situated in the quote email we have sent you in response to your request and complete the reservation form.  Confirm your reservation with a valid credit card.

The payment will be made within the foreseen times as defined in the terms and conditions of service.

We will charge your credit card with the amount agreed via email.

After you have filled out the reservation form you will receive your voucher as confirmation via email within 24 hrs from your booking. 

Payment /Acceptance of Booking for Minibus Service

For booking, the client have to deposit the 25% of the total payment. This deposit is considered a warranty for the purpose of booking. If there will not be cancellation (see below “cancellation policy”) the customer can pay in cash or credit card , at the end of the car service, to the driver the total price except for the 25% previously used to book.

The payment of the car service , except for the deposit of 25% previously made, can be paid in cash (Euro) or by credit card to the driver at the end of the service.

The Company must confirm the reservation by e-mail in which there will be the Travel Voucher (in attachment) with the information about the payment and the service.

Cancellation Policy for Minibus Service

Any cancellation by a Client must be made by email and be acknowledged by the Company with e-mail. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the restitution of the deposit or the right to charge the “Late Cancellation fee”.

Cancellation mode for Car Service :

- Cancellation 7 days or more before the services: the entire deposit of 25% of total price will be entirely paid back to the customer.

- Cancellation less than 7 days before the services : we will not pay you the deposit back and Lovely Amalfi Coast Tours reserves the right to charge your credit card for a "No-Show” or “Late Cancellation” fee, which is the total price except for the 25% previously used to book the requested services

For booking, the client have to deposit the 20% of the total payment. This deposit is considered a warranty for the purpose of booking. If there will not be cancellation (see below “cancellation policy”) the customer must pay in cash, at the end of the boat service, to the Skipper the total price except for the 20% previously used to book.

The payment of the boat tour , except for the deposit of 20% previously made, must be paid in cash (Euro) or by Credit Card to the skipper at the end of the Boat tour.

Cancellation Policy for Boat service

The client must know that we can cancel the boat tour on the tour day morning due to the weather conditions (in case of dangerous rough sea it is forbbiden to sail by the italian law). In this case, you will receive a full refund of your deposit previously used to book.

Any cancellation by a Client must be made by email and be acknowledged by the Company with e-mail. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the restitution of the deposit.

Cancellation mode for Boat Tours :

- Cancellation 7 days or more before the services: the entire deposit of 20% of total price will be entirely paid back to the customer.

- Cancellation less than 7 days before the services : we will not pay you the deposit back and Lovely Amalfi Coast Tours reserves the right to charge your credit card for a "No-Show” or “Late Cancellation” fee, which is the total price except for the 20% previously used to book the requested service.

If the client wants to cancel the tour due to the bad weather or to any other personal reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances) within 7 days before the services, the deposit of 20% of total price will NOT be paid back to the customer and we will charge you “Late Cancellation” fee, which is the total price except for the 20% previously used to book the requested service.

Important Info

We want to inform you that, despite our best efforts, there are unforeseeable factors beyond our control, such as traffic jams or other external issues that may affect travel schedules. Consequently, we regretfully state that Lovely Amalfi Coast Tours will not be held liable for any missed flights, trains, or cruise ships due to such occurrences or if they result from a failure to adhere to our instructions or recommendations.

We kindly urge all our clients to plan their journey wisely, considering potential delays or disruptions that may arise outside of our purview. It is essential to follow the guidelines provided by our experienced team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

While we cannot guarantee circumstances beyond our control, we promise to assist and support you to the best of our abilities in case of any travel challenges. Our team is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your travel arrangements.

The tour itinerary shown above is conducted by an English speaking driver  who has been trained to give you a tour along the route. They will share their knowledge and passion for the area, they will stop for the best photo opportunities and they will point out the places of interest. Your driver is not allowed by Italian law to guide you around the historical areas, monuments and towns where you stop.

The tour itineraries shown in the description concern ships before at/or after 08:00 am and sail at/or after 6:30 pm. For ships that sail before 6:30pm, please contact us at the e-mail address: info@lovelyamalfitours.com. In this way we can revise the itinerary in order to adjust it to your ships schedule before setting up the tour. We always base the tour itineraries around the ships’ schedules. Our priority is to get you back to the port 1.30 hours before ship’s departure time. 

The car service cost is for the number of people as seen in the voucher . If the number of people will be fewer or more than the one purchased (caused by illness or other personal reasons) , the client must let it know to the company and the price will change accordingly. In the case the number of people would be fewer than the one shown in the voucher, and the client don’t let the company know about the change in advance, the service cost will be the same.

In case the Cruise Ship coudn't dock at the port due to weather condition (Wind, Heavy Rain, etc.) we will not charge your credit card.

Regarding to the tours starting from Hotel and other meeting points , the information will be found in the description of the tours.


Complaints
If a Client has got complaints about the Company, the Client must first inform the company at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified before any public display of the matter.
