How do I make an online booking or online request?

Please fill in our form on page "Contacts" fill in the verify code and then press 'Send' ... remember the more information the better - *how many guests travelling, *dates of tour or transfer, *destination or tour you wish to take. If you do not get confirmation from us within 24 hours please resend email or contact us.

Why haven't I heard from you?

ONE THING WE HAVE FIND OUT IS PEOPLE WRITE DOWN THE WRONG EMAIL on the booking/request form, so please resend message if you have not heard from us. Our system sends an automatic email to every email received, so if you have not received this email then you have written down your email incorrectly on the original request . We always respond to e-mails received. However, sometimes e-mails are not forwarded to us due to the system; so please, if you are waiting for a reply and do not receive it PLEASE resend your email, we are sorry if this has happened to you. Another place to check is your "spam email box".

Will you meet us at any time of the day?

Yes, we operate a 24 hour 7 days a week service, but there is a night supplement to be paid for services that run from 7.00 PM to 07.00 AM

How do I recognize the driver?

Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall of the airport, at the end of the platform at the train station, and just outside the terminal building of the port (the general meeting point for private drivers) . He will be holding a sign with your name on. Wherever possible we will supply you with the mobile phone number of your driver. In Naples train station there are lots of drivers that will try to convince you that they are your driver, please only go with the driver that knows your name and your accommadation.

Does the driver speak English?

Yes, all our drivers speak very good English, they are all from the area you are visiting so their general knowledge of your chosen destination is also excellent.

I have completed a booking form / quote request will you confirm the booking?

Yes, you will always receive a confirmation e-mail, if you don't receive this please contact us a.s.a.p. After you have filled out the reservation form you will receive your voucher as confirmation via email within 24 hrs from your booking. For more information or any inquiries don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

How early do I need to book my vehicle?

The earlier the better, especially for shore excursions. However, 7 days before the tour day is recommended, otherwise we may not be available.

What if the flight/train is delayed or connection missed?

A supplement of 50% of the original transfer price, will be added on transfers with a delayed departure off over 2 hours or for flights/trains missed and transfers rescheduled on the day of travel.

Do we need to tip your driver?

Tipping is not essential, but in Italy, a tip is offered as a sign of appreciation for good service. Most people tip in the region of 15 to 20%

Is your company licensed?

Yes, we are a fully licensed company and are required to abide by the regulations set by the Italy Council licensing authority.

What is your method of payment, and do you accept credit card?

You can choose the payment method you prefer. Cash, directly to the driver at the end of the service; Credit/Debit card , Bank transfer in advance through our website. Once you fill out our reservation form and provide your credit card information, you are legally bound to a contract with us. IMPORTANT: You can book different services with the same booking form.
