Your private driver will greet you at your accommodation, after a brief presentation you will be accompanied to the luxurious vehicle where our staff will offer you every comfort you need. After that they will give you important information about the tour and the places that you are going to visit.

Our first step will be the small but charming city of Siena. This town is famous for its architecture, the palaces made by bricks, the streets which still preserve the medieval origin structures and the plazas like “Piazza del Campo” with a unique folding fan-shape. Here you can visit the famous Siena’s “Duomo”, it is divided in a huge cross-shaped Cathedral built in honor to Santa Maria Assunta, a dome and a bell tower. Inside you can find hundreds of Italian pieces of art which belong to Christian art. Plus you can visit the “Libreria Piccolomini”, located on the left side of the Duomo church, with its frescos it is an important part of Italian culture.

Our next stop will be the small city of San Gimignano. To get to this tiny borough we have to drive up to the top of the hill. Surrounded by the medieval walls, this city is well known for the skyline. It’s not the modern skyline of New york with its skyscrapers, but it is made of tall towers, still preserved from the dark centuries. The city is known for its frescos, churches, architecture and plazas such as “Piazza della Cisterna”. A small city but it will be an amazing experience to live.

But Tuscany region is very famous for its wine tradition too, and with us you will live that side of this culture as well. We will drive you to the Tuscan countryside where you will visit the wineries, have the chance to see how wines are made and taste them. Don’t miss the chance to taste amazing wines exported to all the world, such as Vernaccia grape, in the place were they are originally made.

Before leaving your private driver please agree upon the time to leave. Then the driver will recommend a suitable time to get back to your hotel after this lovely day!

All our drivers have been trained to give a tour along the route as you are driven to your destinations, however due to strict Italian laws regulating and protecting licensed tour guides our drivers cannot do this outside of the vehicle, in the towns, sites and museums.

BEST DECISION EVER! Absolutely breathtaking excursion! You will not regret hiring this company to guide you around Italy! Gorgeous views and excellent food along the way all thanks to the best tour guide we could have ever been blessed with! Vincenzo was fantastic! Tour guide is his title but he was definitely much more than that. He described many places and things we saw along the way, kept track of the time so that we were able to see everything we wanted to that day, willingly took photos of us at all of our stops, kept us entertained the entire day from beginning to end, and we truly felt like we were driving around Italy with a FRIEND! We were able to see all of the highlights on our list of must see places during our stop in Naples including Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, Positano, & Pompeii. But we were also able to see and visit places we hadn’t known about before, like a local family owned Italian restaurant overlooking the famous Positano beach. Best food we had in all of Italy! All of this wouldn’t have happened without Vincenzo, his fun personality and great recommendations along the way! Amalfi Coast & Pompeii Day Trip. We will never forget this day thanks to Enrico and Lena. The scenery of the Amalfi Coast and the history of Pompeii is truly amazing. The high speed train from Rome to Naples is only an hour and Enrico greeted us at the station and within minutes we hit the road in his Mercedes. Our first stop was the pretty village of Serento, excellent shopping and cappuccino. Next stop Positano. Although very popular and therefore crowded it is so beautiful. Enrico suggested lunch at a restaurant high up the mountain called de Costantino. This is a must, we had the most spectacular view and the food and wine absolutely delicious, order the Family meal and house wine, all locally grown produce. With full bellies Enrico then drove us to Pompeii to meet our personal guide Lena. Pompeii in the afternoon is less crowded in the mornings and Lena expertly guided us through avoiding the mass group tours so it was a truly personal experience and her knowledge is fantastic. Pompeii cannot be missed, what a fascinating history and culture. Thanks Enrico and Lena for making this day very special.

Our driver/guide, Gio was perfect - very knowledgable, entertaining and efficient. Great itinerary including hiking up Vesuvius, a lovely lunch at Cantina del Vesuvio winery and Pompeii. Gio's local knowledge and personal service made it so much better than the standard cruise operators' tours.

We just finished our day tour of Positano, Sorrento & Pompeii. Giovanni was our driver & we feel so lucky to have had him! He was incredible and super friendly. Gió shared so much information about the region & his own personal experiences and recommendations of each place. You could tell that he was a proud Napolitano and we had so much fun! The Amalfi coast is so beautiful & although it is currently winter, there was something truly special about being one of the only tourists walking through Positano.
