By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our application through whatever platform, and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions se out below.
All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with our company you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking including minoris and person under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when our Company sends a confirmation email and its Voucher. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Client, there is no verbal or written; representation and service other than as expressed herein.
PAYMENT /ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING/CREDIT CARD
The Company must confirm the reservation by email in which there will be the travel voucher and the information about the payment and about the service. This last one will change depending on the service chosen by the costumer.
For booking, the client have to deposit the 20% of the total payment. This deposit is considered a warranty for the purpose of booking. If there will not be cancellation (see below “cancellation mode”) the customer must pay in cash, at the end of the service, to the Chauffer the total price except for the 20% previously used to book.
THE PAYMENT OF THE TOUR, EXCEPT FOR THE DEPOSIT OF 20% PREVIOUSLY MADE, MUST BE PAID ONLY IN CASH TO THE CHAUFFER AT THE END OF THE SERVICE
CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation by a Client must be made by email and be acknowledged by the Company with e-mail. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the restitution of the deposit.
Cancellation mode for Tours and various Services:
i) Cancellation 7 days or more before the services: the entire deposit of 20% of total price will be entirely paid back to the costumer.
ii) Cancellation less than 7 days before the services : the deposit of 20% of total price will not be paid back to the costumer.
if the cancellation occur two months after the payment of the deposit , will be refunded the deposit amount less the paypal fee that is 3.4% of the deposit.
If a Client has a complaint against the Company, the Client must first inform the company at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified before any public display of the matter.
The Company will provide personal information, as well as any personal information provided in relation to persons whose travel arrangements have been requested by the Client. The Company will do all reasonably possible in endeavoring to protect personal information.
Are not included:
-Japanese speaking driver
-Licensed tour guides for Archeological sites and museums
-Lunch and beverage if not expressly specified in the tour
-tickets for museum, archeological sites and so on..
-tickets for train, ferry, hydrofoil and so on…
As the tour is shared we must fix an itinerary and keep to a set time schedule. We ask guests to be puntual to all meeting points set by the driver to help the day run smoothly.
All our drivers have been trained to give a tour along the route as you are driven to your destinations, however due to strict Italian laws regulating and protecting licensed tour guides our drivers cannot do this outside of the vehicle, in the towns, sites and museums. Your professional English speaking driver will convey his knowledge and passion for the beautiful area of Italy you are touring during the day, and will be happy to suggest various restaurants for an authentic dining experience that suits the groups wishes.
